Sunday is for Football
Week 9 in the books and Kansas City is still on top with a 9-0 record! Philadelphia’s QB Nick Foles tosses 7 touchdowns tying the NFL record with most TDs in a game! The Jets pull off an amazing win against Drew Brees’ high-scoring offense. Tom Brady’s Patriots scorch the the Steelers defense with a 55-31 win. The Miami Dolphins win in overtime with a safety on Cincinnati QB Andy Dalton. Washington Redskins also come up big in overtime and grind out a win over San Diego!
There are two pivotal divisional games to watch this week. the Detroit Lions(5-3) v.the Chicago Bears(5-3). With Jay Cutler set to return, this week this should be a nail biter. Both teams have a high-powered offense, dynamic receivers , stud running backs and elite QB’s. I do believe defense will be the deciding factor of this game! With that being said, my heart says the Lions, but I am going to go with the Bears for the win!
Next is the Denver Broncos v. the San Diego Chargers. In week seven the Colts proved that the Broncos can be beat and Peyton can be forced into bad decisions. Last week the Chargers had the chance to win against the Redskins with less than a yard to score and could not pull it off! I do believe that Peyton Manning will be too much for the Chargers’ defense to handle! If Broncos defense can return to last year’s form, they will be able to keep Philip Rivers at bay and the Broncos will win!
