Feed Me Announces Upgraded Live Show For Terminal 5 Concert!
Building on the massive success of his second studio album, Calamari Tuesdays, Jon Gooch, better known as his mischievous alter ego Feed Me, is gearing up to unleash some big surprises to highlight the summer. Known for his mind-bending electro style, captivating live performances, and meticulous sound construction, Feed Me is an electronic artist who has proven time and again that he is dedicated to creating a one-of-a-kind experience both sonically and visually. Jon is a truly innovative artist who personally designed the likeness of the character within Feed Me and also envisioned the massive 20 foot LED “Teeth” structure which he took on tour with him at the beginning of 2013 for a sold out 20 show run.
After smashing huge festivals last year including Creamfields (U.K.), EDC (New York), Exit (Serbia) and Fuji Rocks (Japan), where he closed out the main stage after the legendary Bjork, Feed Me has proven that he is a globally recognized superstar whose cinematic, and at times awe-inspiring, sound has cultivated fans far beyond EDM dance floors. Ever since his debut as the first external artist on Deadmau5’s label Mau5trap, Feed Me has steadily raised the bar with each release and new stage in his career. Now, as the head of his own label, Sotto Voce, Jon looks to elevate the Feed Me brand to even loftier heights.
Feed Me will be headlining a massive Psychedelic Journey tour, which kicks off August 2nd at Terminal 5 in New York City. Jon has been releasing little video teasers and pictures via social media, revealing the revamped “Teeth” structure that he will be bringing on the road with him. It seems that this new and improved set of chompers will have the ability to move through the air while putting on an insane light show. The Psychedelic Journey tour will also feature support from artists on Feed Me’s Sotto Voce label as well as other heavy-hitters, including bass behemoths Delta Heavy, the helter-skelter likes of Le Castle Vania, the ever-enticing Treasure Fingers, and one of New York’s favorite native sons Tjani. Be sure to check out all the tour dates and Feed Me’s newest release “Patience,” the latest track off of his new EP (to be released on Friday July 11th through Sotto Voce).
