Danger Invites You to Direct Your Own Summer Blockbuster!
X-Men. Godzilla. Transformers. Planet of the Apes. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. What do all these movies have in common? Other than explosions, scantily clad actresses, and disgustingly high budgets, they all possess an element of danger.
But this spring, Danger comes to you! No, no, not a knife fight in a dirty back alley; I mean the French electro-house producer, Danger, creator of hit EPs such as July 2013. Danger’s music calls to mind Justice, Fischerspooner, and other artists strongly influenced by the electroclash movement. Danger’s music would fit perfectly backing an action film, such as the music used for Ryan Gosling’s 2011 crime thriller Drive. Fittingly, Danger is giving you a chance to reenact classic movies with a contest designed to show off your own summer blockbuster!
To enter, all you need to do is select a half minute excerpt from Danger’s New EP, July 2013, then, choose a video. It can be from a movie, a game, a cartoon, or whatever else you can think of! Sync up the clip and the audio, and submit your best 30 second action sequence! I can already think of some perfect possibilities using Max Payne, Grand Theft Auto, or Driver that are sure to look stunning in front of Danger’s score.
In addition to the publicity of seeing your name on Danger’s version of a big summer marquee screen, you can win t-shirts, autographed vinyl, and more! Direct your own summer blockbuster to get your name in lights and win! There are only a few days left to enter, so make the most of your time and enter now.
